Is Yu Sleep Legit? What We Found About the Company and the Offer

Yu Sleep is a real 60 mL liquid sleep supplement sold through ClickBank, and after checking its seller, checkout, refund policy and public records, we found a legitimate way to buy it wrapped in a sales funnel with 12 red flags. We read the vendor's sales, refund, shipping and contact pages, the domain records, the BBB file, both Trustpilot profiles and the Amazon listing on 25 September 2026. Three facts carry the answer. ClickBank takes the payment and runs its own 60-day refund route. The seller named on the website says it is registered in the United Arab Emirates, and we could not find it in any registry. The sales page promises every penny back, while the refund policy pays about 85%. If you searched "YuSleep scam" after the ad (the brand is also spelled YuSleep), those 3 facts are the picture in brief.

Is Yu Sleep a Scam? The Short Answer

Yu Sleep is not a scam in the sense of taking your money and sending nothing: ClickBank takes the payment, a US fulfilment company ships the bottles, and 4 of the 5 buyers who complained to the BBB confirmed their complaint was resolved. The pitch is the other half: no trial of Yu Sleep exists, nothing supports the headline promise, and the refund promise contradicts the vendor's own policy.

The bottle holds 0.9 mg of melatonin, 0.5 mg of vitamin B6, 0.5 mg of vitamin B2 and a 637 mg blend of 7 ingredients with no individual amounts, set against the studies on our page about Yu Sleep ingredients and doses. So is YuSleep legit? As a product, yes; as a promise, no.

Is the 30-second cherry trick a scam?

The 30-second cherry trick is not a separate scheme: it is the vendor's name for taking Yu Sleep, two droppers held in the mouth for 30 seconds and then swallowed, so it is exactly as legit as the product. The VSL headline reads "30-Second Cherry Trick STOPS 3 AM Wakeups & Restores Deep, Restful Sleep", yet the vendor's home page never uses the words "cherry trick". That headline promise has nothing behind it. No trial of Yu Sleep exists, and melatonin, its one ingredient at a studied dose, showed no drop in time awake at night in a 2022 review of 12 studies with 2,666 people cited by NCCIH. Who Sells Yu Sleep?

Yu Sleep is sold by a company the vendor names as Quantum Wealth LLC, through the ClickBank network, from the website getyusleep.com. The table lists who does what behind a Yu Sleep order.

Quantum Wealth LLC and the UAE address

The vendor's contact page says Yu Sleep belongs to Quantum Wealth LLC and that, "for tax purposes", the company is registered at a business-centre address in the Al Hamra free zone of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The same page says "our labs and warehouse are in US" but names no lab, facility or manufacturer. We could not find Quantum Wealth LLC in any registry, and the label names a different company, For Women's Health LLC of Wilmington, Delaware.

Does an offshore seller mean you cannot get your money back? Not on ClickBank orders, because ClickBank takes the payment.

How ClickBank takes the payment and handles refunds

ClickBank, not the Yu Sleep seller, takes your payment: the sales pages say "ClickBank is the reseller of products on this site", and your card statement shows "CLKBANK*YU SLEEP". ClickBank's checkout promises returns "within 60 days from the date of purchase", requested at clkbank.com or on 1-800-390-6035, independently of the vendor's support desk. ClickBank lets each seller set its own return conditions, which is why the vendor's policy adds steps. On physical products, ClickBank pays once the seller acknowledges the return, or after 19 days (ClickBank help). Orders on the BuyGoods site loveyusleep.com follow that site's own policy.

Where orders ship from, and the sister sites

Yu Sleep orders ship from, and returns go to, 19655 E 35th Drive in Aurora, Colorado, which is the published returns address of the fulfilment company ShipOffers, not a Yu Sleep office. A BBB Scam Tracker report of 22 September 2025 names another brand at the same address. The vendor's BuyGoods site lists +1 302-200-3480, the number All Day Slimming Tea gives for order support, and the Yu Sleep sales page footer links to All Day Slimming Tea and Gluco Cleanse Tea pages: the sites share a phone number and footer links. On Amazon, the drops sell under the brand "ALL SLIMMING HERBS".

6 Green Flags: What Checks Out About Yu Sleep

Six facts show that Yu Sleep is a real business that ships a real product and gives buyers a working refund route. The 6 green flags, from the most to the least important for a buyer, are these.

1. ClickBank as the retailer of record, with a 60-day return promise and phone line that work without the vendor.
2. A known fulfilment company: orders ship through ShipOffers in Aurora, Colorado, and the shipping policy promises UPS tracking.
3. A named seller and published policies: Quantum Wealth LLC is named, and the ClickBank refund policy counts the date you post the bottles, not the date they arrive.
4. Every BBB complaint answered: all 5, with a full refund stated each time and 4 marked resolved by the buyer.
5. No regulator action found: no FDA warning letter, FTC case or state attorney general action in a web search on 25 September 2026.
6. Rules against the worst tactics: the affiliate terms ban deceptive content and press releases, and the vendor's pages carry the DSHEA disclaimer without claiming "FDA approved" or "clinically proven".

These flags answer "will I get a bottle and a refund route", not "does Yu Sleep work".

12 Red Flags in the Yu Sleep Sales Funnel

The 12 red flags in the Yu Sleep sales funnel range from a refund promise its own policy contradicts to an expert and 2 studies we could not find. They concern how Yu Sleep is sold, not whether the bottle arrives, and each names the page where it appears.

The money-back promise (red flag 1)

1. A refund promise the policy contradicts. The sales page promises every penny back with no questions asked. The refund policy pays about 85%, requires you to post the bottles back at your own cost, and allows one refund per customer. It also asks buyers to take the drops 21 nights in a row and answer 4 questions first. BuyGoods orders require all bottles back, "even used or empty"; whether opened bottles qualify on ClickBank orders is unclear. Our Yu Sleep refund page covers each condition.

The expert and the science (red flags 2-4)

2. An expert we could not verify. The home and VSL pages say only "Dr. Collins". The text sales letter names "Dr. Andrew Collins" and claims Johns Hopkins, UW Medicine and 18 years at a drug company; we found no matching sleep researcher and could not verify the person or the credentials. Its byline, "Michael Long, Chemical Process Engineer & Sleep Researcher", is equally untraceable.
3. Studies we found no record of, and studies cited wrongly. We found no record of the sales letter's 1,247-person 90-day study or its 3,400-person study. Its "1954 Oxford study in Nature" is Feldberg and Sherwood, Journal of Physiology, 1954, a study in cats at the National Institute for Medical Research in London. The GABA "20%" comes from rodents: Kim and colleagues (2019) gave 100 mg/kg GABA with 20 mg/kg L-theanine and measured sleep latency 20.7% shorter than with GABA alone.
4. Promises far beyond sleep. VSL testimonials report 11 to 21 lb of weight loss. The home page calls the result "a permanent fix" after 3 to 6 months, an idea tested on our page asking whether a supplement can reset your sleep pressure, and the BuyGoods refund page says "IT WILL WORK!". The subheadline promises 6-7 hours "the very first night", while the vendor's refund page expects "the real change somewhere between weeks two and four". The vendor tells affiliates that "100% of our clients sleep like babies starting the first night".

The sales page: social proof, pressure and prices (red flags 5-7)

5. Staged social proof. The VSL's "Facebook comments" are part of the page code, with frozen "4h"-style timestamps and profile photos from randomuser.me, a placeholder-portrait service. The pages claim "36,000+ reviews", "36,498+ reviews" and "9.3 Excellent (36,015 reviews)" without naming a platform. The letter's "over 36,000 clients in six months" clashes with its own 400 bottles per batch, one batch every 4 to 6 months.
6. Pressure tactics. The VSL page runs an evergreen countdown that restarts for each visitor and shows the order section only after 2,879 seconds (about 48 minutes) of video; the checkout adds a 7-minute "order reserved" timer and "people are online now", alongside "limited inventory" and "317 bottles left".
7. Two price ladders at once. Six bottles cost $234 on the VSL page and $294 on the home page. The home page sells only "minimum 2-month packages", while the VSL page sells 1 bottle for $69. The letter's "ONLY here on our website" is contradicted by the BuyGoods site and Amazon. Our Yu Sleep price page compares both ladders.

The seller and the paperwork (red flags 8-11)

8. An offshore seller we could not trace: registered, by its own account, in a UAE free zone, found in no registry, with another company on the label (see the seller section above).
9. A quality claim nobody backs up. The text sales letter says each bottle is "made in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified U.S. facility", but names no facility, registration number, certificate or lab test, so the claim is unverified (the FDA issues no such registration certificates).
10. Copied legal pages. The testimonial disclaimer, copied from All Day Slimming Tea, mentions "fat loss" and a "Robert" found nowhere else; the terms keep unfilled template blanks. The shipping page gives 1-bottle US shipping as $14.95 in its table and $9.95 in its FAQ, and the policy names UPS while a BBB reply blamed the carrier UniUni.
11. A sister site with a disease claim. Gluco Cleanse Tea, a site the Yu Sleep footer links to, calls itself "The Only Tea Specifically Created To FIX Diabetes".

Pre-landers, press releases and "official" clones (red flag 12)

12. A young brand inside a web of affiliate pages. getyusleep.com was registered on 4 April 2025, and search results are full of pages that look independent and are not. Affiliate pre-landers run headlines like "This 30-Second Cherry Trick Stops 3 AM Wake-Ups For Good", with the same text on more than one site under different bylines. A newswire release of 9 July 2026, bylined "Yu Sleep" and datelined Aurora, Colorado, discloses a commission, although the vendor's affiliate terms ban press releases; an earlier release described capsules with ashwagandha and valerian, which the label does not contain. "Official Website" sites such as yusleeps.com use affiliate links on their order buttons, and the BBB profile's website link points there.

What Buyers Report About Yu Sleep

We could read 14 buyer reports about Yu Sleep, and 13 of them are negative: 9 say it had no effect, 9 describe trouble getting a refund and 11 say support did not answer. In 4 of the 14, the refund came only after a BBB complaint; 3 describe a usage questionnaire instead of return instructions, 3 say the phone line did not work, and 2 say it helped their sleep. This is a small, complaint-heavy sample: 11 of the 14 come from BBB, a site people mostly use to complain. The full analysis is in what buyers say about Yu Sleep.

The wider record adds little: the Amazon listing showed 97 ratings averaging 2.9 out of 5, and we did not analyse those review texts. Trustpilot has no vendor profile: both Yu Sleep profiles were set up by affiliates, and the vercel.app profile shows signs of seeded reviews. Reddit and YouTube results are dominated by affiliate posts.

Yu Sleep and the Regulators: FDA, FTC and BBB Records

We found no FDA warning letter, FTC case or state attorney general action naming Yu Sleep or its seller in a web search on 25 September 2026, and the BBB rates the business C+. The table lists each record we checked and what it shows.

"FDA" on a sales page proves little: the FDA does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness and issues no registration certificates, so "FDA-registered" means nothing on its own. Two BBB replies stand out: in one the vendor asked the buyer to "allow 35 business days", and in another it said it had no record of the buyer's emails and calls. The BBB profile's website link points to an affiliate site, not the vendor.

How to Buy Yu Sleep Safely

Buying Yu Sleep safely comes down to 3 things: order through the vendor's own checkout, know what your card statement will show, and track your 60-day refund window from the day you order. This site does not link to the Yu Sleep order page; our affiliate disclosure explains why. Each step keeps you on the ClickBank route, the legit core of the offer.

The vendor's checkout vs Amazon and look-alike sites

The vendor sells Yu Sleep on getyusleep.com, which checks out through ClickBank, and on loveyusleep.com, which checks out through BuyGoods under a separate refund policy. A ClickBank order runs through yusleep.pay.clickbank.net and orders.clickbank.net. "Official Website" sites such as yusleeps.com are affiliate pages. The Amazon listing shows the same label but not its seller, and Amazon orders are not covered by the ClickBank guarantee (the vendor's affiliate terms forbid affiliates to sell on Amazon or eBay). "Yu Sleep Drops" by Rootvify on Amazon is a different product, and we found no Walmart or eBay listing. Our Yu Sleep official website page compares the stores.

What your card statement will show

A Yu Sleep order through ClickBank appears on your card statement as "CLKBANK*YU SLEEP"; one BBB buyer saw it as "Click Bank Yu Sleep, Boise ID". Every sales-page package is a one-time purchase with no order bump (no add-on offer on the order form). Two other items on the same ClickBank account rebill about $49 every 30 days and are not linked from the sales pages, so check the order summary before you pay.

Refund steps if it does not work for you

A Yu Sleep refund on a ClickBank order takes 5 steps, and the last one works even if the vendor does not answer. The steps, in order, are these.

1. Note the order date and keep the ClickBank invoice and order number.
2. Email [email protected] with your name, email, invoice and order number.
3. Post the bottles back to the Aurora, Colorado address and keep the tracking number; the posting date counts for the 60 days.
4. Send the tracking number; the policy pays about 85% of the price once it has it.
5. Request the refund from ClickBank at clkbank.com or on 1-800-390-6035 within 60 days if the vendor does not reply.
